A couple of months back, my husband and I went to Barili, a municipality of Cebu, for a friend’s birthday party celebration. While we were there, I started taking photos of the flowers growing in the different areas of our friend’s vacation home. I used my Asus Zenfone 3 Max.
I am not much of a techie person. For me, my Android phone is just a means for communication. I knew I could take photos with it, but I never really taken the time to know its camera’s features. So, imagine how delighted I was when I was able to take these:
According to GSM Arena, my phone has a 13 megapixel camera with an f/2.2 aperture. It also has a LED flash and autofocus feature. To my unprofessional mind, that sounds just like a ton of jargon. Although I have always wanted to own a DSLR because of my love to take portraits and scenic images, this has not happened yet. So, I do not understand anything about apertures or whatever. I am just glad that I am now able to take really cool (at least to my eyes – grin!) photos using just my mobile phone.
Below are some of the other images I took using my Asus Zenfone 3 Max:
I am still planning to get myself a DSLR. However, as far as mobile phones go, I am pretty pleased with my Asus Zenfone 3 Max. And, because as I am not really a phone person, I am not planning to change phones anytime soon. Will let you know when I do though, as I will surely be testing that device’s camera, too.
Do you have your own stories about the gorgeous photos you were able to take using your Android phones? Let me know about them. I’d be glad to know of your experience.
